FORMAT: Two (2) Women teams. BETTER BALL
BOTH DAYS.
The Over-all Champions will be the team with the lowest Gross score and the team
with the lowest Net score. Ties for the Over-all Champions will be decided
by sudden-death play-off. Field will be divided into flights with Low
Gross and Low Net winners in each flight. Score card play-off for ties in
flights.
TIME: 7:30
am shot gun BOTH days. Registration 6:30-7:15 am.
Complimentary range balls available both
days.
HANDICAPS: April 1st handicaps
will be used. Maximum handicap of 36.
No more than ten (10) strokes between partners. Each player will receive 95% of
her handicap.
ELIGIBILITY: A player must be a member
of a Women’s Golf Club in Southern District, a member of State and a member of
Southern District by opening day (March 29,2010) of the Tournament. Please register from the
correct club.
ENTRY FEE: $115.00 per player $230.00 per
team.

SDWGA. One team entry per envelope.
OPENING DATE: March 29,2010
(POSTMARK DATE). Early entries will be returned.
CLOSING DATE: April 17, 2010.
Refunds may or may not be given after April 17, 2010 if a wait list is
available.
FIELD:
60 teams (First 60 teams received by the postmark date)
If more than 60 entries are received on
the opening day, a
lottery drawing be held and a wait list complied. If you are NOT notified
by April17, 2010, you are IN the tournament. Wait list teams will be
notified by e-mail or telephone. Partner
substitutions may not be allowed after April 17th if there is a wait list.
PARTICIPANTS:

LUNCHEON: Thursday after play
at Quail Creek Country Club
PRIZES: Gift certificates.
DRESS CODE: Appropriate golf
attire. This is a soft spike facility.
PRACTICE ROUND:
April 15th-27th $40.00 plus tax
